Tata Sky — Customer Service- Installation | |||||
Tata Sky has an extremely mismanaged customer service. Got no complaint ID from them and even after continuous follow up from our end for more than 6 times, didn't get a single revert. They are all about computerized and good-for-nothing formatted responses, which would definitely not work if they can't act upon the complaints. Awful experience!
