Try to be more supportive towards your customer . I have been using your services for more than 7 years. You people have been good at customer care. But it's sad to tell that u failed to do so this time. I have called customer care for not receiving signal on my settop box so the technician gave me an offer that if go for 900 package my settop box will be upgraded to HD and I'll get 3 months subscription free so I accepted the offer and done the same. Later like within 5 mints I came to know that they are other upgradation packages too which I was not aware of since I didn't had switched on my tv for like 3 to 4 months as i was out of town. The technician told that I cannot change the package now. So I was disappointed and tried to put this up with your customer care people and hoped that they will help me out with this, but not to be surprised the customer care executive after telling that it may his technician fault then he came to the point that it's my fault that I did not ask for other upgradation packages and he also asked why I didn't called the customer care to confirm the same thing and he kept on repeating that it's my fault. I may seem like blaming others for my fault. But I just want to know when a customer is not aware of your products and packages isn't it your duty to give them the knowledge they should know about those stuffs.

Atlast I just want to tell that I'm really disappointed by your customer support services and I'm definitely shifting for other service providers when I get over with your so called 3 month **FREE** HD package upgradation since I have invested my money on that.

I don't think losing one customer will affect you so much. So please try to be more supportive atleast to the other customers you have.

I don't know whether you people will even consider my complaint or not but I'm feeling so annoyed by your customer care executive that I can't stop myself from putting this complaint.
