[Resolved] Tata Sky d2h — recharge | |||
Dear all, i got my account recharged yesterday night, the amount was debited from my account but did not reflect in tata sky. I called customer services and the person helped me and told e he is putting a query forward and i shall receive a call. Today i received a call from pune back hand team executive was mr. Ishwar who was very very rude and showed least interest to help. Then i called back the customer service and spoke to mr. Uday who disconnected the phone without any notice. If that's the customer services then i m sorry tata sky is not hiring right people. I need strong action on this and appology and resolution of my complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||
