My name is L.Karthik in chennai and i using TATA SKY network for past 5 years. But past 1 month the network is very poor and the TV did not seen. and i contact helpline the responsible very poor. the monthly recharge balance deducted. my query why the deduction made for they technical problem and my money is they are eating. please help on this.
