Tata Sky — Deactivate tata sky secondary connection | |||||
Dear Sir, I am using Tatsky for the past 3 years and i have given secondary connection in January 2016 and when we book the secondary connection tatasky representatives said no need to recharge twice you can recharge for the primary connection alone and the subscription for the secondary connection is free but on january 18th i.e today my tatasky for the primary connection is due and for the first connection i need to recharge Rs 280 and for the secondary connection it shows Rs 230 so totally i need to pay Rs 510 every month . when i book they didnt said like that and now i want to deactivate my secondary connection and whether i get refund for the secondary connection which is HD as well. I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in resolving your issue.
