[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Deactivated account even after recharging

I recharged my tatasky account on 21st March for rs 261, the money was deducted from Bank account but the tatasky account was deactivated. This issue occurred once again when i recharged on August 23rd and the account was still deactivated.
I lost a total of rs 522. The account is still deactivated.
Contacted customer care so many times and there customer service is terrible.
Please refund my money asap.
