[Resolved] Tata Sky — Deactivated my account showing negative balance | |||
It has been a month i complained that rs.1495 has been deducted from my account no.[protected] in the name of mic which i have not purchased. After complaining to the customer care i was told that they will refund the money back but it was not done.Again 2-3 days ago i complained about the same problem again i was assured it will be done soon but it was not done yet.Today it is showing that your account has been deactivated, then i called n complplained again n still the problem has not been solved out.
