Tata Sky — Deactivating the service as the complaint is still on the process and charging for technical visit.

Hi,
My id no:[protected] I am very sad to say that Tata sky service is very poor, I had a problem with the Dish as it was not receiving the Signals, so i called the customer support team and they scheduled a technician for that and it got fixed and the problem was with the dish antenna as it was not receiving the signals from satellite .So the Technician said they are going to charge for that work but my question was when the problem was with the Dish antenna the customer support team said set of box warranty got over thats y charging .When the problem is with Dish why they are charging and escalated a complain, complain no what one of the customer support team person said is PCQDPVY and his name is Ramchandar.
Surprisingly my connection got deactivated saying that money got detected for Technician, When the com[plain is logged and they are working on it how can they Deactivate the service and the resolution will be given in 72hrs so funny till that time my TV will be Deactivate mode only.
I dont know what kind of service this Tatasky people are providing when complain is their already why they are not activating the service.In this situation I would Prefer not to have the Service it self because deactivation is done in ten minutes and for service back it will be taking 72hrs.

Very Very Bad Customer support as this people are not responding if the call is getting Disconnected .

The Funny thing is when the problem is with DISH N Satellite they are charging, in that case, I would say change every three months the Angel and charge for Technical Visit that will fetch lot of Money for Tata Sky they way they are doing .Moreover the charges what they are taking for Channel is pretty high compare to other Channels and every time their is slight increase in the price i Dont know why ?
Most of the time Bad weather comes and TV goes off ...

I am really so upset that I am Stopping the Service .
