Tata Sky — Deactivation of account and refund money | |||||
I had raised request for deactivation of tatasky service due to poor signal.Customer care backend team called and told to return the set up box and dish and informed me that as i have 2468 rupees balance in my tatasky account i will get it refunded within 22 days. But i have not received the refund money/check for the same. Again i called customer care to check the status. They gave me reference number MS4QUDH. When i called customer care to check what is the status, i didnt get proper response. Till now i have not received the refund amount from Tataa Sky. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Apart from this i want to add few more things regarding the service i got from tata sky. There was some signal problem we were facing since last jul 2015. Whenever we call customer care, they send some executive to fix the issue and take 170 rs as service charge. after 10 days again same signal problem. next time also they charge 170 rs as visiting charge, instead of fixing the issue permanently they only come to take the money. That's why i decided to disconnect tatasky service. This is one kind of cheating i felt.
