Tata Sky — Deactivation of Active Fun Learn | |||
Hi, last month before recharging my Tata Sky I had requested your customer care through phone to deactivate Active Fun Learn and I was assured that it will be deactivated from 24th of last month. (Hope I remember the date correctly) But I am sorry to say that it has not been done yet. I don't understand why my request has not been accepted and despite of my request you are charging for the same without assigning me the valid reason for that.
