Tata Sky — Deactivation of multi TV connection | |||
Dear sir, My subscriber ID: [protected], Digicomp no:[protected], and it was multi TV connection. On 06/05/2015 I spoke to Tata sky customer care and asked to deactivate other two no TVs as we have sent these TVs to some other place. On 06/05/2015 the customer care told that Rs.340.00 will be your package for one month. I have spoken to customer care namely Ankush, Anjana and Puja. Till now my other TVs are not deactivated and my balance is not rectified. Daily i am speaking to Tata sky customer care and the result is zero. Please let me know what I have to do.
