Tata Sky — Deactivation of my Tata Sky subscription. | |||||
Sir/Madam, My name is Prashant Borkar and I had subscribed for Tata Sky on @4 September, 2015 (Subscriber ID : [protected]). I had even paid the 1 year subscription charge i.e. ₹ 5240 (including installation charges), but a month later my subscription has been deactivated and it is saying that I have to recharge. I contacted the Tata Sky dealer as soon as possible and he said that there was no need to worry and that he will fix this problem soon, but now even after a week my problem has not been fixed. I had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their Toll Free Number at[protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in activating your connection asap.
