[Resolved]  Tata Sky — deactivation of service without intimation

I am a tata sky subscriber with id no.[protected] for years. On 20.06.2018 i have remitted rs.390/- for one month subscription, which is valid till 19.07.2018. On 01.07.2018 dish antenna become faulty and the same was rectified by the company technician and told me that i have to remit the service charge as per the sms received in the registered mobile number. Sms demand for the service charge for rs.250/- was received in my mobile only on 02.07.2018.20.03 hrs. But my connection was deactivated by the company on 01.07.2018 midnight itself without any intimation to me. When contacted the customer care executive of the company told me that the service charge was deducted from my subscription charge on 01.07.2018 and consequently service deactivated due to insufficient balance. It may be noted that this are all happened without my knowledge and well before i receiving the demand for service charge. The company deducted service charge from my subscription charge without my knowledge and denied the service for which i have already paid. The company demanded me another rs.390/- for the continuation of service. I am willing to pay the service charge as per demand dated 02.07.2018, but i want to restore the service first, for which i have already paid and extension of number of days remaining deactivated.
