[Resolved] Tata Sky — deactivation of services when the yearly recharge is valid up-to 18 december 2018. | |||||
We were away from our from 28th july 2018 and when came back on 20th september 2018, unable to view the tv channel of our pack. On complaining on call center and online chatting, we were advised that your balance is low. Online chatting person told to recharge a minimum of rs.20/- to activate the services and customer call center lady staff advised to recharge a minimum of rs 50/-. We couldn't understand this. Why they are making us fool, when our recharge shows on screen up-to december 2018/-. We have used once sport channel service for one month for rs.60/- which we have already deactivated next month. How can they charge for other months. If my services not activated by today, i will file a complaint in consumer forum. Please look into the matter and arrange for necessary action required.
