Tata Sky — Deactivation of tata sky | |||
Hi, I am not sure whether this is the correct forum to file complaints here but I had requested tata sky to deactivate my tv effective 9th April but no response received. I have called them numerous times since then & they keep on telling me that they will deactivate it soon. It has been 10 days and my tv is still on. Since I am going to US for 6 months and tomorrow night is my flight, the action has still not been taken. I keep calling them on a daily basis & it also takes time to get through the IVR and then wait for the customer care reps to get hold after a long wait leaves me highly frustated.
