Tata Sky — Deactive of second set box and requested for three month blocking of both set box

I m extremely upset with the services of tata sky. Complaint to tata sky very poor service
2. From the time of inception of tata sky connection i have been getting annual recharge for both the set box
3. For the past two years i have been facing the problem of making my one set box as annual and the second set box on monthly charge. The unknown voices ether do not understand plain english or hindi they do not update the data or whatever yr internal working may be
4.Each time i request to talk to the manager the anonymous voice ether puts n hold or fail to do so. The complain story is repeated day after day and carries on.
5 i have to travel therefore i had requested the anoymous voice on probably 22 oct 2015 to close both the set boxes for three month and i should be able to get the credit benefit for both boxes. On my return on march 18 th 2016 one set box is not operative. Now begins the hazardous task of getting the connection back.
Priyanka is the last person who spoke to me . Instead of helping and resolving the issue she has told me that the status will remain as it is and will not be able to resolve
5 if her decision was already made why the hell does yr service staff call and waist our time
6 i find the a good way of extracting money from consumer and fiilling yr bank balance
Or your staff is not updating the the correct information.
This whole business is so badly monitored that a customer is helpless and tata sky authorities are having a good laugh at customer like us.By making a fool o[censored]s.
7. I m not the only one who sufferers but quite a few people in my circle are having the same problem
8 how this problem will be solved its for yr department to decide.
