Tata Sky — Deducted money in spite of paying | |||||
My Tata sky consumer id is - [protected] I had requested for relocation of Tata sky to a new address. I was told to pay the technician in cash after the service. The technician completed the relocation. I had paid him Rs 800(500- Shifting of Tata sky + 300 cable wire cost). However after one day- Tata sky deducted Rs 500 from my Tata sky balance and deactivated the service. I have contacted them raised a complaint. However no resolution so far. They are saying in 2 days i will receive a call. So here i am, without TV connection for no fault of mine. Really bad service. Was this information helpful? | |||||
