Tata Sky — Deducted my account without any confirmation.

I am using dhamal mix pack (Pack of rs.285). After installation, hd channel are free for 1 month.2nd month company continues hd channels without take any confirmation and deducted charges of hd from my account. Because of that my 28 days pack expired in only 18 days. This mistake continued by company till date (Third month).
