[Resolved] Tata Sky — deducting amount as gift offer pack automatically without prior intimation

We had recharged rs.220/- on 23 nov 2018 as per our pack and again recharged rs.300/- on 4 dec 18 as service charges for relocation. Now it is showing payment due date on 18 dec 18. How? On contacting customer care they said gift offer pack charges 30/- deducted. How can tata sky deduct amount without prior intimation or without taking our permission?
