[Resolved] Tata Sky — deducting charges when there is no service provided | |||
Many a time it has happened that i am not able to see any channel other than channel #100 and tata sky keep on deducting charges without resolving issue. Every time i have to start chat session to get it resolved. So there is no resolution until it is reported. This time when my kids watching their channel, tatasky started asking pay to subscribe channel. My kids reported the same to me in evening when i reached back from office. Thinking that subscription is over, i told them that i'll check and recharge on this weekend but when i checked my account there was no issue related to payment. Instead the issue was at tatasky end and tatasky keep on deducting charges without giving you service. This is not the first time it has happened. I reported the same multiple time to tatasky team but all on vain and they are not able to explain why it is a recurring problem. Was this information helpful? | |||
