Tata Sky — Deducting charges without any information | |||
Hi, I am a tata sky subscriber. Few days before, it was showing "NO SIGNAL" on my TV. I made a complaint for the same. As it is in warranty, executive told me there will be no charges for site visting but if cable, set top box or antina is damaged, then charges will be applicable. After resolving my issue, engineer told me that some charges will be deducted from your account for this issue. He did not told me any ting before resolving the issue. They debit my a/c by Rs 300/= for relocation charges without any pre information. When I made the complaint, they told me that this amount will not be refunded. So I want to refund my money.
