Tata Sky — Deducting unwanted amonut from the balance in the account | |||
Dear Sir, I am using tata sky dth service. My subscriber id is [protected]. Previosly I was using HD+ premium plan of tata sky dth service and it was activated for one year. And than the plan expires after one year. And I got the call from tata sky costumer executive that my plan had expired and he offered me the basic plan for rs. 2600 for 1 year and said me to get recharged by 2600. After some time I again got the call and get the recharged done of rs. 2600. And than I got the call from costumer care executive that we will confirm the the pack activated via message and call. Than I had called costumer care executive and they said wait you will get the call but I havenot recived any call. Than after a month I got a statement in my email id and they had cut 1109.20 rs. From that 2600 rs for the hd+ services and I havenot got any call from them regarding this and I was not using that setup box waiting for their call or message. I called their executive and they had denied me the refund. Please help me provide the refund. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
