Tata Sky — Deduction balance from my account but recharge unsuccessful

Hello i am gopal jangra from rohtak(haryana).my tatasky id is[protected] and registered mob. No.is [protected].I gonna recharge my account by my tatasky.com, pack of 99rs. Then my money will be deducted from my oriental bank account but tatasky recharge go unsuccessful.I complained many tme in tata sky customer care.but they did not solve my prblm plz solve it
