[Resolved]  Tata Sky — deduction of amount from my tata sky a/c

Jst now i recieved a call from tata sky customer care. After that i recieved the sms on my registered mobile number, without my permission rs.59 was deducted from my a/c for javed akhter pack, which i didn't even subscribed or requested.
Is this the way to satisfy your customer?
Plz deactivate javed akhter pack and return back the amount on my tata sky a/c.
