Tata Sky — deduction of charges while relocation not done

sir, I anuj saxena am having Tata sky DTH connection no. [protected] have applied for relocation your executive told to deposit a sum of Rs 300/- for relocation charges which I have deposited on 21/4/15 but till the date nobody comes to relocate it while I have made complaint for around 5-6 times every time they given me different order no. also their call centre is horrible since it takes around 30 mins. to convey our problem and the call charges deducted everytime in which I lost Rs. 150-200 around but they have not bothered also they deducted my Rs 300/- as subscription charges while my request for relocation is pending and my connection is inactive since April-15. when I asked to return the amount they said it is subscription charges when I want to talk to their next executive they disconnect the phone. really Tata Sky customer care is very bad now I have relocate it personnaly and want my 300/- back but they are not listing which compel me to go to consumer forum as it is a matter of fraud. you are requested to do the needful
