Tata Sky — Deduction of charges without intimation

I have taken a new connection on 19th January 2016 with 2 additional set top boxes. Our registered number is [protected], on the name of Jignesh Shah in bhandup. After speaking to customer care we paid amount of rs. 5445 and the set top boxes were installed. We were told that we have a subscription of 1 month free.
In 10 day our tata sky was discontinued without informing. We must have called the helpline number at least 10 times talking to different people. We had a telephonic conversation with Ar. Ayub on 11th february and he said the technical department had used extra cable on day of installation.
In spite of repeated calls our connection isn’t still restored. The problem is not rs.500 which you are charging and we are willing to pay, but someone should bother to inform us before you disconnect. It is highly unprofessional and disgusting the way such a big company works and disconnects for rs.500. It would be preferable to have a written explanation of such unethical behaviour. Today an unprincipled senior employee who refused to share is name, threatened us to disconnect all our wires instead of cooperating with our problems and giving us a proper solution. Are we understood as beggars here?
We have paid the amount you requested and are willing to recharge as well but are highly disappointed with your services and the way your customer care respond.
Could someone please give me an explanation to this or it would trigger me to take this matter to higher authorities questioning about your unique policies on right to information.
