I was out of country and this connection ([protected]) and this connection was having a balance of about Rs. 8. I contacted tata sky customer care and was told to charge the account by about small amount and then contact. I did the same and still the services were not available. I contacted several times and could get the help because as soon as I used to go to the setup box the phone signal of Vodafone would drop resulting in the drop call of Tata sky. I requested for the technician to visit and check the problem in the signals but it is chargeable. Whereas Rs. 100 deposited is altogether wasted without availing the services. Today I again called at 11 AM and registered a complaint for the visit of a technician my call was transferred to some other senior office to waive the visit charges. I am pained to inform you that he should be given a training to handle the customer since he was arrogant. Moreover till now I didn't get any call from the technician within 4 hours as promised. I feel that the trust which I had with Tata Sky must be evaluated again.
