Tata Sky — Deduction of more amount for semi annual pack

Myself Jitendra kumar holding Tata sky id number [protected] I had recharged my Tata sky account with Online payment for Rs. 2500/ on 15/02/2016 at 08:09:39PM Description id TP[protected] recipt number [protected] and for Rs 395 before this recharge on 15/02/2016 at 08:05 . I[censored] required full details can check my account of Tata sky and transaction details. I am continuesly asking them but they are not responding satisfactory and making me foolish. Actually I have applied with Rev 8Semi Annual Dhamal mix pack on 15 /02/16 which will be charged only Rs 1420/ only but now I am finding out my remaining amount neither it is showing in my Tata sky balanced nor in account. They have charged extra amount now not returning it back. Plz do the needful. If any further details required can call on [protected]
