[Resolved]  Tata Sky — default while multi tv installation.

Deeply disappointed.

Installation of multi tv was not done with an dual lnb by the the installation executive couple of months ago.

Today after trying to complain last 2 months finally on 30/09/2019, the complaint was registered.
And the same installation technician came today i. E 1/10/2019 and installed a older dual lnb was installed, which was clearly visible and he charged us rs 550 that was deducted from my tatasky wallet.

The installation technician had to install the same double lnb prior while multi tv installation but he installed a splitter instead and he is telling us that we had to inform him prior while installing the multi tv setup. And is it our responsibility? Is this justified?

I am not agreeing to pay for a second hand dual lnb.
But we have no control over it since it is deducted automatically from my wallet.

Deeply disappointed with the installation technician.

And yes the warranty period is valid till 26/03/2022
