Tata Sky — Defected box given and later pathetic service. | |||
Tata sky services are so unprofessional and poor, i have purchased a hd box in feb'16 which started creating problem on very next day, i have raised request but many a times and finally yesterday one service eng, visited to us to replace the box but the new box he has brought with him was also problematic on which he commit he'll come again tomorrow by 12 o'clock with another new box and left, which didn't turned up till 2pm finally i called up in customer care and came to know that my complaint got closed yesterday night itself remarking the complaint has been resolved...Then i called up the same eng. Who had visited home and was suppose to come to replace new box today confirmed that we have short of stock for replacement the available boxes are only for the new customers. Isn't it the height of pathetic service by tata sky? My tv has not been switched on since 4 days...And today there is semi final match of t20 world cup. I need my box to be replaced by today max. By 6 pm else i'll be taking it legally for refund my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||
