[Resolved]  Tata Sky — deficiency in service, change over to monthly pack from 1st feb 2019, selected by me as per trai directives

I am tata sky subscriber (Id – [protected]) from vishakhapatnam, ap.

A) i have requested and made multiple calls to customer care to drop platinum hd pack - daily basis and continue as per my selection which was registered and approved by tata sky on 30 jan 2019, in accordance to trai.
Violating all norms tata sky is continuing platinum hd pack on daily basis at their own wish making me pay unnecessarily heavy bills. This illegal siphoning off of my money is being done by tata sky in spite of my repeated crystal clear written and verbal instructions causing me financial loss and mental agony.

B) in the same manner tata sky has illegally deducted rs.51.34/- on 13 jan 2019 which was brought to their notice in a complaint dated 27 jan 2019. They have not yet responded to the complaint.

C) similarly i had earlier brought to notice of tata sky on 25 oct 2018 the deficiency in service provided by them for blocking access to the hd channels to which i had rightful access earlier which amounts to deliberate violation of contract as per terms and conditions for platinum hd annual pack subscriber. Tata sky has not yet responded to this complaint (Reference number: 18jrpjrn) though more than 3 months are over.

Ref: Tata Sky - Service Request No.: 1AWNGD7J- Your response dated 4th Feb 2019.

I wish to remind as under-

1) I had already Selected Channels by logging and signing in my account on Tatasky official website on 30 Jan 2019, as per TRAI directives, Tata Sky instructions on channel 999.

2) Grand total of Rs 345.1 was calculated by Tata sky as a Monthly rental for selected channels.

3) A Confirmation message that request for new pack had been registered by Tata Sky and would be executed from 1st Feb 2019 was issued.

4) I made successful online payment of Rs 400/- on 31 Jan 2019 at 09:25 am.

5) Above facts have been already mentioned in my emails dated 31 Jan 2019 at 10: 08:50 hrs and substantiated with attachments of Screen shots from Tata sky officila website

6) You have not put your mind to the facts and made intentional futile absurd attempt to circumvent the facts, disobeying TRAI directives.

I wish tata sky would follow TRAI directives and charge me as for a monthly grand total of Rs 345.1/- calculated by Tata sky, from 01 Feb 2019.
