ID No. [protected] mob no.[protected] Name k satish chadra I have lodged a compliant about no signal on 02/04/15. But even after four days no person has bothered to call me or rectify the problem. Call centre is only playing a recorded message and no person comes on line even after holding phone for 30 minutes. probably it is a dead call centre. Customer care people never care for customer. I am regretting for having opted for this lousy, costly connection. They are very smart to charge idle time fee if we fail to recharge in time. Very prompt in calling you for new connection. But you will come to know about their wonderful service when you have a problem. you cannot access them at all since no live person attends your call. I sincerely advise not to take this connection since other connections are available at much cheaper rates.Hope the top brass will note this and take suitable action to improve their service if at all if they want to remain in business.
