Tata Sky — deficient service

since last 10 days i am trying to reach tatasky for deficient service .no one is bothered to call back, last 10 days i am not able to view channels. if we contact their customer care - recorded message will be running "We are upgrading our systems for better services in the coming days. In case you are facing any signal issues, please give a missed call on[protected] or SMS ‘NS’ to 56633. Our technician would call you soon for an on-site visit. This visit will not be charged. Thank you for your cooperation", How long is this going to be at the cost of the customers inconvenience. we have to spend money calling their customer care cum recharge amount will be reducing day by day without watching

I have an annual subscription with Tata Sky. My subscription ID is [protected]. For the last 10 days the company is providing very few channels against all the channels we have subscribed to. None of English news channels are being aired. The company fellows are going on giving false promises of technician would attend. This complaint of mine may please be sent to Cyrus mistri chairman Tata group. Let him know how his group company is behaving with its customers

For the last 10 days only few channels are coming against the whole package we subscribed for. We have paid whole year subscription. The company is not sending its technician to set right the problem. It's only giving false promises. I would like my complaint be forwarded not only to the company but also to Cyrus Mistri Chairman Tata group. Let him know how one of Tata group company is behaving with its customers.

I took new tatasky connection.
Date June 30th 2015.
Description: Venkat Phone [protected]/[protected]. They came installed the box took cash + 100 rupees as tip (forced the tip) and told us that it is ready to use. They are now not responding to my calls and there is no update from them even after 24 hours.
I called tatasky and they are not able to enable the service remotely.
I want a resolution to it and get my tatasky service enabled.
Finally got resolved. His explanation was that the website was down.
My issue got resolved after the agent contacted me. His explanation, website was down. I am happy now
