Tata Sky — DELAY IN DEACTIVATION OF MULTI TV & MISLEADING THE CUSTOMERS

I am very annoyed with the type of customer services you are providing.
From last 7-8 days I have been trying to fix a request but in vein.
On 5/ 6th of May I called the customer care for the activation of multi TV. Due to some technical issues, I was not able to view the channels, so on the same call, within 2 minutes I told the cust care executive to deactivate the multi TV. It has been 8 days that it is not deactivated. If the multi TV can get activated in less than 1 minutes then it can also be deactivated in 1 Min!!!
I have called 6 times to the customer care & got the same reply that it will get fixed within 24 hrs. But it has been192 hrs now. I need a proper written reason that WHY IT HAS NOT BEEN FIXED DESPITE OF SO MANY CALLS FROM MY SIDE. And moreover many times during the call, my calls have been disconnected delebrately by TATA SKY CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE.
