[Resolved]  Tata Sky — delay in installation / incomplete installation / rude behavior of the tata sky executive /, not picking up phone etc..

Hi,

I am complaining on behalf of hotel premshanti (Ps9), a 46 rooms property based in indore (M. P.).

Recently we have purchased 47 new connections for our property from a tatasky assistant manager trade sales mr. Sameer soni (+91 [protected]) in indore. He committed us that all the 47 connections will be installed on 11th oct 2017, but unfortunately this did'nt happen. We waited on 12th oct, than finally it happened on 13th oct but that too only 5 set-top boxes were activated on 13th oct. Because of all this we discontinued our existing cable connection. That day we had 21 rooms booked in our property; all were complaining about no cable in rooms. We requested mr. Soni to atleast activate 21 set-top boxes so that guest dont suffer. But he denied directly that it cant be done & rudely told us that i will come tomorrow & remove all the connections.
Next day on 14th oct your installation team came & installed all the set-top boxes (Except 4 because of some electric problem).
The installation team left all the corridors with hanging wires/cables.
Today we called them again for those remaining connections, mr. Soni told he will send someone in next 1 hour, but no one came & now he is not picking up the phone also.

Because of all this, i launched a complaint about this on your number 3 days back, but till today no response from your team.
