[Resolved] Tata Sky — delay in technical support | |||
Dear tatasky team, My tv screen goes blank with no audio once it is connected with signal cable. Only i can see program guide below, no picture no audio. I checked cable it is fine and also changed hdmi port but same result. I have registered a complaint on last 20th may for this and i was given deadline for 2 days. It is almost 4 days to over, no technician has visited till now, not even a single call from your end. Every time i called i got same respond "your ticket has been highlighted and technician will visit soon". But i don't know when that soon will come.
