[Resolved] Tata Sky — deliberately my free channel pack by tata sky

Sir i purchased my tata. Sky dth service on 09july 2019 worth rupee 2300 in which i got my six month free channel pack but i added 1 sport channel on 03nov. Of rs 22.50rs. 4nov i found dat my all other channels jb been stopped n 5nov 2019 i called customer care about 7.50pm then they stopped my 6month pack by saying dis u hv change ur pack but i only added 1channel. I requested him to restart my free channel pack then he cut d phone. So i hv humble request to resolve dis problem as soon as possible cz still i hadn't been completed six month of my free pack n i didn't change my pack.
