Tata Sky — Demanding money for their own mistake | |||
Hi, I have purchased a tata sky hd connection in may 2015 and at the time of installation we had advised to the service engineer that you should install the antenna on the roof but he said that signal will be better on the balcony so he installed it on balcony. After 5 days of the installation we faced the signals problem on some channels and we called on the customer care and they sent a service engineer on my door step and that time he said we need to shift your antenna and that time again we said that please shift it to the roof but he again said that signal will be good on the other side of balcony and he shifted it to the other side of balcony but not on the roof. After two months we again faced the signal problem on some channel and again we called on customer care and they sent us a service engineer and that service engineer told us that he need to shift the antenna on the roof that is the only solution for signal problem and then he said you need to pay Rs. 200 for the relocation. Why should I pay the Rs. 200 for their mistake and still my tata sky is in under warranty. I am facing problem due to their mistake. Was this information helpful? | |||
