[Resolved] Tata Sky — Deny of Installation post taken a new connection | |||||
He details of work order is given below Work Order - VE7DHHQ Subscriber Id - [protected] RTN- [protected] Date of New Connection - 23/02/2017 I requested a new connection via online to Tatasky portal, "http://www.tatasky.com" and also made the payment of Rs 1800. Post that I receive an engineer call, who suppose to visit for installation, but denied to come. The engineer communicated a wrong message as, security people will not allow for installation, but this was a false statement. Even I personally talk to the security team and conveyed the engineer to come and install the DTH service, but he denied straight way . I need full investigation of the issue and take necessary action accordingly to solve the issue asap. Was this information helpful? | |||||
