Dear Sir,
Till February 2015 I was residing in Mumbai and having Tatasky connection wit subscription ID no-[protected]. This subscription was in the name of Mr. P V Krishnamurthy. After he left the house, i took over/ occupied the same and registered my cell no. [protected] with this subscription Id.
After February 2015, I shifted to Indore (MP) permanently and subscribed / purchased new Tatasky at my residence at Indore. Here my Id is [protected]. Here also I registered my cell no [protected].
This is creating all problem. I am unable to online recharge, add/delete new packages through my cell.
My request is kindly delete/ remove my cell no [protected] from subscription Id [protected] and let this no be continued with my new subscription Id.
I have otherwise no issue and fully satisfied with services of Tata Sky here.
