[Resolved] Tata Sky — dhamaal mix hd pack is free for one month but its not coming

Hi,

My subscribe id is [protected]. Phone number is [protected]. Dhamaal mix hd access if free from 5th febrauary till 6th march but till now no hd channels are coming tatasky is cheating me by not giving 30 days free hd access and bluffing me. I have attached my account details screenshot also. I have lost lot of my mobile currency by calling their worst customer care. All the time they will tell issue is resolved but no use.

This problem was not solved from tatasky Tata Sky - dhamaal mix hd pack is free for one month but its not coming simply they put it as resolved. I also lost hope on them.

Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
