[Resolved]  Tata Sky — did not receive rs.2000 voucher after new registration

Hello team,
As per offer from tata sky. Get 2000 rs voucher for new registration i have registered my account on 20th august at mytatasky website. But due to network connectivity i have not received option to select 2000 rs. Voucher.
I tried to login after some time but same issue happen.

Kindly help me to get 2000 rs. Vouchers.
