Tata Sky — Did not send technician even after calling multiple times | |||
My Set top box with TataSky ID [protected] is not receiving signal froom the past 3 weeks. I lodged a complaint on 7th May during which I was assured that a technician would visit my home the very next day. I received a Work order number HZT01RL. Nobody came the next day. On 11th May I received a SMS with a different work order no .HZT01V0. Nobody came to fix the issue. After waiting for 2 more days. I again called up the helpline 14th May. Still nobody has arrived. My aacount balance has been depleted without me getting any service. I want reimbursement of my wasted money. Was this information helpful? | |||
