Tata Sky — Digicomp device box not changed | |||
Tata sky mechanic executive came and do not done any thing and charged Rs. 200/- cash. And said that he will change the digicomp device box by next day and that is Friday 14th August 2015. Since it was 5 days gone no one came and changed the device. And when I called the CCE they were replying, will get a call from a representative, but still no one called and my money is also wasted and I am not able to see my tv channels. The mechanic executive's name is Dipankar. Please take a legal action against TATA SKY. Was this information helpful? | |||
