[Resolved] Tata Sky — Disappointed by tata sky service | |||||
I was facing issues with my Tata Sky as it wasn't working properly. I was assigned a technician and he came up to my house to check the issue. He suggested that we should go for HD box, but said the box wasn't available with him at the moment. We waited for a day and he didn't respond. I need to call him up again and follow up on the status. Today, at 7:30 PM he said, he will come at my place and get the box replaced. Now, I realized my TV is not full HD and thus cancelled the HD box that we ordered earlier. Now, he denied to come at my place and this is so sudden. 15 minutes back he agreed to come but denied as I cancelled the request to change the box. Is this the kind of service you guys provide? I really wanted to know, I can switch to another TV DTH provider. The technician was Mr Sanjay and his number is [protected]. Also, I received a call from some so called Mr. Rahul who made ridiculous excuses on why can't the technician come. His number is [protected]. My registered mobile number is [protected].
