Tata Sky — Disappointed with After Sale Service - Customer ID No. [protected]. | |||
I am one of the Mega subscriber for Tata Sky and I paid my subscription for 2 years at once. My ID No. [protected]. To lodge a complaint and get a reply, it took 3 hours. There was no response from any of your representatives and later I got 10 messages. I had to send my car to pick up Tatasky mechanic, from whom the problem could be rectified after 48 hours. I am sure, from your office also I will not get any response. I am forwarding a copy of my complaint to Tatasky Chairman, Mr.Mistry. As a Mega subscriber, I am extremely disappointed with your After Sale Service. Was this information helpful? | |||
