[Resolved]  Tata Sky — disappointing service from tata sky

This is one of the worst experience with tatasky which i thought is very keen to keep up there customer satisfaction and their own company reputation.
On 9th july 2017 my flat living room false ceiling came fall which made me to start my flat renovation work. For which i requested tatasky on 10.7.2017 to plz suspend my tatasky id[protected] for few months. As i was not knowing the exact date for completing the whole work. They said they can suspend the account for 2 month initially and if further i want then it can be extended for another 1 month. Which i readily agreed. Also i made them aware that i have rs170 into my account and in no possibility there should be further deductions on it.
Meanwhile i have received many calls related to start my tatasky account but i keep on saying them that i will further take time. While on 25.9.2017 i now want to resume my tatasky service, so i call them. After talking to them i came to know the i needed to recharge my account for which i told them that i already had rs170 approximately in my tatasky account do i further have to recharge more. Now they say that i don't have any money left in my account, your service was automatically resumed on 10.9.2017 i. E 2month which was inserted in the system. Meanwhile in between also around 14th september also i checked my tatasky account was still deactivated then. Then how it is possible that my tatasky account is deactivate but service is resumed and all my account balance is over. All this time i had never received any call to educate about auto resume of services on 10.9.2017, when it can be extended then why not done, also all this time i had not received any call for this. If the automatic resumed service was mandatory then i must be informed i could have made arrangements to see or something can be done or at least i would be informed and satisfied for the manner. Also if my services is resumed then my account should be active then why account is showing deactivated all that time. It was all because i had money into my account and so it became possible for them to loot it by their own will otherwise they had no choice but to call.
Very disappointing act by tatasky.
