Tata Sky — disconnected services after paying 250/rs

I took Tata sky connection for 2250/- They are from Bajaj Electronics Shop Intital i paid 600/- and later i paid 1650/- at the time of installation But they have provided only 600/-Rs receipt. They Said they will not provide receipt for total amount. Initial i got all channels free as they said i will be getting free channels for Ist one month and for next month i paid 250/- But tata sky disconnected the services in 15 days without any notice. When i approached they said i need to change plan but i have not opted any plan but the tata sky people are activating the plan according to their wish but not as per customer. Please help me in getting my 2250/- back from Tata sky and i dont want the tata sky connection any more.
