[Resolved]  Tata Sky — disconnecting the service before due date

I subscribed tata sky on 16 december 2018 and they provided 1 month free service with hd channels... After one month on 14 january 2019 we recharged for a 1 month pack of rs 220... But on 27 january they started to give a notification that your pack will expire on 29 january... After that we complained them... But again on 31 january they started to give notification that your pack will expire today... And we again complained against it but till date the problem is not resolved... Therefore you are requested to take appropriate at your level to avoid our inconvenience... My subscriber i'd is...[protected]

ID No [protected]. the name of tata sky is on Aslam Shah name. But i want to change that name and put Sultan Shah. Kindly do needful as early as possible. the name should appear as sultan shah on set top box.
