[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Disconnection at vijayawada and reconnection at bangalore

Requested for disconnection at vijayawada on 21-7-16 the service was not satisfactory and to my dismay the reconnection was still horrendous at Bangalore, the fellow after repeated reminders took more than 20 caals and finally after a delay of 48 hrs came today on 24-7-16 at 12.00 pm and while coming in itself was haughty and misbehaving, for reconnection he said after lot of hindrances has to charge Rs. 350 for connection and Rs 375 for another problem of receiver, he said if we do not pay he cannot connect and while leaving said if you complain of the money being taken he will come and disconnect the signal and also was very rude, while fixing, you can send somebody for verification also, finally he left taking Rs.350 and when persisted for receipt he said no receipt will be given, He was very happy in saying that Tata Sky lost lot of its customers, The name of the fellow is somashekar gowda

I have given request to Activate Semi Annual HD Pack on 22nd June 2016 & made payment according to that. so that time when i saw next due date it was showing 19th Dec 2016 & on 19th July 2016 when our connection was barred i called up tata sky that time they said that we activated Annual HD pack & asking to pay extra money.
Without asking from customers, add unnecessary channels & deduct their balance . Not listen customer complaints.
